Restaurant Queues: Book Ahead and Avoid Peak Hours

Waits of 1-2 hours are common at popular motsunabe and yakiniku places. Book through Google Maps or Tabelog, and aim for branches in stations and shopping malls, an 11:00 lunch or a 5:30 dinner to make it much easier.
